You are definitely not the only one. Though in this video, I did appreciate being able to clearly see the driver using the pedals.

Looks amazing and very scary. If I googled correctly that same car won Targa Florio rally (which was not part of WRC calendar) and was second in Sanremo rally in 1986.

That driver has shark muscle with a high twitch factor in his left leg.
Loved the pedal view. Rubber meeting the road outside is obvious, rubber meeting the road inside is at the controls.
